Digital Delivery Policy

Last updated: 28 August 2026

Digital Products

All products sold by Apothecary Journal are digital products unless a product page specifically states otherwise.

No physical item will be shipped to you.

Your purchase may include digital guides, printable PDFs, journal resources, templates, image files, bonus materials or bundled digital content.

How Your Order is Delivered

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your digital purchase will be delivered electronically.

Depending on the product and checkout system, you may receive:

  • an immediate download link after checkout

  • a download link by email

  • access instructions by email

  • multiple downloadable files where the product is supplied as a bundle

Digital products are generally supplied immediately after successful payment.

Occasionally, payment processing, email providers or technical systems may cause a short delay.

UK rules require sellers of digital content to explain how and when digital content will be supplied and to confirm the contract in a format customers can keep, such as email.

Where Your Download Will Be Sent

Digital delivery will normally be sent to the email address entered during checkout.

Please make sure your email address is correct before completing your order.

We cannot be responsible for delays caused by an incorrectly entered email address, although we will make reasonable efforts to help locate and resend your purchase.

If Your Download Does Not Arrive

If your files do not arrive shortly after purchase:

  1. check your spam or junk folder

  2. check your Promotions or Updates folder if your email provider uses them

  3. search your inbox for Apothecary Journal

  4. make sure you are checking the email address used during checkout

If you still cannot access your purchase, contact us.

Please include your:

  • name

  • purchase email address

  • order number, if available

  • product purchased

We will verify the order and resend or restore access where appropriate.

Download Links and Access

Where a downloadable link is provided, customers should download and save their files to their own device as soon as reasonably possible.

We strongly recommend keeping a backup copy of your purchase.

If a download link expires or stops working, contact us and we will normally provide replacement access after verifying your purchase.

We may not be able to guarantee permanent hosting or unlimited lifetime access to third-party download links, so retaining your own copy is recommended.

File Formats

The file formats included with each product will be described on the relevant product page.

Products may include formats such as:

PDF, JPG, PNG or ZIP files.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device can open the file format described before purchasing.

Most PDF products can be viewed using common PDF-reading software available on computers, tablets and smartphones.

ZIP Files

Some bundles may be supplied as compressed ZIP folders because they contain multiple files.

You may need to extract or unzip the folder before accessing the individual files.

Most modern computers and mobile devices include built-in tools for doing this.

If you experience difficulty opening a ZIP file, contact us and we will try to help.

Printable Products

Most of the Apothecary Journal products are designed to be printed.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • customers may print the files at home or through a professional printing service

  • actual colours may vary depending on your monitor, printer, ink and paper

  • print quality depends on your own equipment and settings

  • customers should check their printer scaling and paper-size settings before printing

A difference between screen colour and printed colour does not automatically mean that the digital file is faulty.

Digital Products and Immediate Access

Our products are generally supplied immediately after purchase.

For UK consumers, digital-download sellers must obtain agreement to immediate supply and acknowledgement that the normal 14-day cancellation right will be lost once delivery begins.

Where required, this consent should be obtained during checkout.

This does not affect your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

Technical Problems

If you experience a technical problem with your purchase, please contact us.

Examples include:

  • a broken download link

  • a corrupted file

  • missing files

  • receiving the wrong product

  • being unable to open a supplied file despite using suitable software

  • a download being incomplete

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue by providing technical assistance, restoring access, replacing the file or supplying a new download.

Missing or Incorrect Files

If your product contains missing pages, missing bonuses or incorrect files, contact us with details of the problem.

Where we confirm an error, we will provide the correct or missing content as soon as reasonably possible.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us.

Once the duplicate purchase has been verified, we may refund the duplicated charge in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Unauthorised Purchases

If you believe an order has been placed using your payment method without your permission, contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask for information necessary to investigate the transaction and may work with our payment processor where appropriate.

You should also contact your bank or card provider if you believe your payment information has been compromised.

Failed Payments

Digital products are only delivered after payment has been successfully authorised.

If your payment fails, is declined or remains incomplete, the order may not be fulfilled.

If you believe you have been charged but have not received an order confirmation, contact us before attempting to purchase again so we can check whether the original transaction succeeded.

Bundles

Where a product includes multiple digital files or bonuses, individual elements may be supplied:

  • within one downloadable folder

  • through several separate download links

  • through a combination of files and access instructions

Please ensure that you download all files associated with your purchase.

Product Updates

From time to time, we may correct errors or update digital files.

Purchasing a digital product does not automatically guarantee access to every future edition, update or additional product unless the product description specifically says that future updates are included.

We may, at our discretion, provide updated files to existing customers.

Personal Use Licence

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Apothecary Journal digital products are supplied for the purchaser's personal use only.

You may not:

  • resell the digital files

  • redistribute them

  • share download links publicly

  • upload them to file-sharing websites

  • reproduce them for commercial resale

  • claim the artwork, designs or written content as your own

Any separate commercial-use licence supplied with a particular product will override this section for that product.

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that you:

  • provide a valid email address

  • have sufficient storage space for downloads

  • use compatible software

  • save a copy of your purchase

  • keep your download information secure

Changes to Digital Delivery

We may occasionally change the platform or service used to deliver digital products.

Such changes will not remove your right to receive a product you have validly purchased.
